McGill Rose Garden

A small wandering garden within a chaotic areas of industry and railroad tracks. It is located on N. Davidson Street in bustling down town. Very busy street and you can pass it without noticing when driving down the street. Yet if you see a place called Nectar Floral Designs you are in the right area. This design place is the front of the garden. On both sides there is parking but the area near the railroad tracks gives you direct access to the garden, if is open on that day.

Its a quaint place and definitely a nice place to go to get away for a little bit. Also kid friendly area. I am not sure if animals aside from service animals are allowed. I cannot remember. However I highly recommend you calling to check.

This little garden houses many other flowers as well as a nice vegetable area. There are plenty of places to sit and relax, enjoying the breeze or sunshine. McGill Rose Garden is also an event and wedding venue. So if that is your desire I suggest you visit -- www.nectarfloraldesigns.com for more information or call them to inquire.

When I went someone was hosting a small meeting. I am unclear if it was the design center or if it was an outside contract. Nevertheless I was happy to still be allowed to visit during this time.

many other styles of flowers

as well as insects enjoying nature.

Of course some roses too.

So I hope you enjoyed this and do find time to get down there. Its a small place with a powerful punch for relaxation.

Until next time.

This is a ginger walking. Hoping for daisy finds.
